Any colorist can enter The Gloss Boss competition. There are 3 main categories, Blonde, Brunette, and NEW For 2026, our Red Category. You can decide on the hair classification and texture that you work on, all you need to ensure, is that it fits within one of the 3 categories – could you be the new UKI Gloss Boss Winner for 2026!

Create a 60 second Instagram Reel, showcasing your incredible coloring work and creative social skills! The video must include a before & after image of your model, and a snapshot into your coloring process and it must be using Redken Color.

Upload your entry using the form below, and post your video to Instagram using ALL the correct hashtags.

All entries must have @redkenpro in your caption, as well as #redkenglossboss26 & #redkenglossboss_uki. You must then include the relevant category hashtag: #redkenglossboss_uki_blonding#redkenglossboss_uki_brunette, or #redkenglossboss_uki_red
